The Lithuanian real estate market is crowded with brands that look and feel interchangeable. For MyEstate, a team of dedicated brokers whose value lies in the quality of their guidance and the trust they build with clients, standing out required more than a competent logo. It required a visual identity with genuine character.

The strategic brief was clear: develop a brand that communicates luxury and trust, appeals to clients seeking a premium property experience, and differentiates MyEstate from competitors operating in the same space. Every creative decision was made in service of that objective.

This project was delivered in collaboration with Marketing and Social Media Specialist Sigita Tauginaitė, whose expertise in audience positioning and social media communication informed the visual direction from the outset. The result is an identity designed not only to look exceptional in print and digital formats, but to perform consistently across the social media channels where MyEstate’s audience is most active.

The logo combines an icon and the wordmark “MYESTATE.” The icon is a considered piece of design: it references pitched rooftops while simultaneously reflecting the letterforms of “MY,” creating a mark with both architectural meaning and typographic intelligence. A thin, refined sans-serif typeface carries the wordmark, with “MY” highlighted in a distinct colour to create visual emphasis and brand recall. The overall effect is professional and prestigious without being cold or inaccessible.

The colour palette was developed to reinforce the same qualities. Two primary tones, dark graphite grey and sand, provide a sophisticated, grounded foundation. An emerald green accent introduces a distinctive, memorable quality that differentiates the brand from the predictable navy and gold combinations common in luxury real estate. Two neutral tones, a light grey-green and white, round out the system with the flexibility needed for varied applications.

Typography was selected with equal care. Fields Display, a serif typeface, handles headlines and key information, lending the brand elegance and authority. Quicksand, a clean sans-serif, serves secondary text and body copy, keeping the system approachable and readable. The combination reflects the balance MyEstate strikes between prestige and genuine client service.

A linear graphic element derived from the logo icon, composed of squares and thin lines, was developed as a recurring brand motif. Used throughout communications materials and social media content, it adds visual cohesion and a sense of refinement to every touchpoint.

What we did

To achieve these objectives, Marketing Orchestra delivered the following:
Conducted a strategic brand analysis to define the visual and competitive positioning of MyEstate
Designed a logo combining a bespoke rooftop icon with a refined sans-serif wordmark, with typographic colour emphasis on "MY"
Developed a 5-tone colour palette anchored by dark graphite grey, sand, and an emerald green accent
Selected and paired 2 typefaces, Fields Display for headlines and Quicksand for body copy, to balance prestige with accessibility
Created a linear graphic element system derived from the logo icon for consistent application across brand materials and social content
Delivered the project in collaboration with Marketing and Social Media Specialist Sigita Tauginaitė, ensuring the identity was built for effective social media application from the ground up
