Property Oasis was created to showcase the possibilities of website design & development for a real estate project.
We created brand identity, logo and a live website to demonstrate visually, the level of our work in this area.
Brand Identity
The first step in creating brand identity for Property Oasis was a strategic analysis.
We decided to give this brand a luxurious and sophisticated feeling, as it represents our audience.
We also wanted this brand to be calm and confident, combined with a pinch of power.
Typography & Colors
For the logo, we chose a more fluid typography that helps to achieve the feelings of calmness.
The heading fonts contribute to sophistication and confidence.
The fonts of text and subheading are fashionable and further assist in adding power and sophistication to the brand.
The colors are rich and warm, contributing to the feeling of luxury, sophistication and power.
Logo
The logo consists of an icon and text. The chosen font makes the logo feel calm, while the icon feels elegant, yet powerful.
The icon is a column, that represents strength and stability. Thin lines make it light and the solid crescent making up the shape of letter “P” puts emphasis on power.
Brand Elements
The purpose of the photos is to create an impactful impression.
The patterns add elegance and balance, connecting all elements together into one whole visual experience.
The gradients and overlays assist in making text easier to read.
Pattern: lines
We needed to create two patterns: one for printed graphics and desktop version of the website, and another for mobile version of the website.
For documents and desktop, we created several patterns that consist of curved parallel lines. This helps to add luxury and elegance to the brand.
Pattern: dots
The mobile version needed a separate pattern, as the original would not contribute to the same visual experience as on the desktop.
Therefore, we created a dotted pattern overlay that helped us achieve a similar experience and impression on the phone.

Property Oasis website was created as a showcase to represent a real estate brand and website design possibilities.
The text on the website explain the benefits of a good website in the real estate market, as well as the services provided by our team.
We created the website to have all the brand attributes described, as well as to be light and breezy.

Mobile version
To maintain the same feeling between the desktop and mobile versions of the website, we needed to make some design adjustments. This included using different images, patterns and changes in layout.

Business card interaction
The website is used together with a business card. Upon scanning of the QR code with a phone, the viewer enters the website.
We used the same background image under the QR code and on the first fold of the website to create the effect of continuation after the scan.
